Servasport worked alongside Cycling Ireland to develop a software solution that would further streamline organisational processes and ensure a seamless fit between their technology and the sport itself. Cycling Ireland, the National Governing Body of Cycling in Ireland, caters for male and female cyclist of all ages and ability. It is involved in the promotion of road, track and off road racing, touring and leisure cycling, in addition to cycling for the disabled. Over the past two years, Servasport has successfully provided Cycling Ireland with feature rich, software solutions that have streamlined administration at all levels of their organisation. The system's ease of use is demonstrated by the fact that over 200 clubs and 4500 users are successfully using the system without the need for training in the system.

Association Management

The Servasport Association Management product provides Cycling Ireland with a complete user-friendly interface providing numerous benefits for each individual club and their subsequent members. The system covers club and member management, allowing Cycling Ireland administrators, to vet, search and add members onto the system, regardless of their computer skills.

Through the introduction of a new innovative website, targeted email and newsletters, Cycling Ireland now manage to keep everyone constantly up to date with the latest news and information in a fast, efficient and cost effective manner.

The Documentation Management element of the Servasport software solution has further simplified administrative duties, allowing Cycling Ireland to access and create document templates and management categories.

In addition Cycling Ireland members now benefited from their Servasport Intranet facility which enables them to critique any cycling events attended, through a structured and effective means. This solution has been designed to help Cycling Ireland monitor and manage cycling events and improve reporting capabilities of their key performance indicators.

The new Registration system successfully manages and tracks all registration procedures throughout the system. It enables clubs to affiliate to Cycling Ireland for the year, allowing club registrars and individual members to register and pay subscription fees, both on and off line. The system has been a complete success, as indicated by Chief Executive of Cycling Ireland, Mr. Declan Byrne.

Through profiling club membership and sporting data, the system enables Cycling Ireland to review the latest consumer trends and tendencies throughout the entire organisation.

Bespoke development - Athlete Performance tracking

Cycling Ireland has also benefited from a one- off bespoke software solution to help aid rider ranking. This tedious yet vital task caused much frustration for all parties concerned. Cycling Ireland found rider ranking a time consuming process that was prone to error. The new Servasport bespoke development solution software automates and streamlines the rider ranking process through it's integration with the Cycling Ireland website and Association Management system. The bespoke software generates huge time saving within the organisation and provides a more accurate and reliable rider ranking system.
